Santa Monica Police officers assist an unidentified homeless man who was stabbed in the stomach at the third street promenade in Santa Monica, CA. on August 29, 2006. Three hours later, Santa Monica Police stoped a man who fit the description named Ian Mcnulty and arrested him for attempted murder.
